Custom Designed 300 Piston

RK TEK has been designing their own pistons for well over a decade.

We use "unique" criteria to allow for better ring seal and heat dissipation from the piston.

When your piston is running cooler, your engine will produce more power!

 After detailed inspection of the OEM piston, we can see that there is much to be improved upon. SO, that is what we did! We designed a custom piston to address the short-comings of the OEM piston design.

Using our custom piston will equate to a stronger running engine and one that will last longer.

We address the OEM "shortcomings". We have moved the ring locating pins so they maintain full contact with the cylinder wall for 360 degrees of crank rotation.  This will keep the crown cooler AND stop the blow by into the transfer ports.

The new ring location will allow for cooler piston crown temperatures which will also increase performance.  This piston is stronger will last much longer than the OEM piston (longer service intervals)

 NOTE: This piston will also fit, and help, all Beta 300 engines from 2013-2017
